HANDHELD INSTRUMENTS FOR HUMIDITY MEASUREMENT
The ROTRONIC HygroPalm handheld instrument of the AirChip3000 generation are the perfect instruments for climatic measurements. They are extremely precise and feature many practical functions, but are easy to use.
HygroPalms are adjusted and configured during production and are therefore ready for immediate use. They can be configured for specific applications with userfriendly HW4 software or directly on the keypad. A large range of interchangeable probes enables easy and flexible use, straightforward maintenance and simple calibration.
The HP23 version can be used for the in-situ adjustment of transmitters and for system validation.
HYGROPALM – HP21 – HANDHELD
The HP21 is a highly accurate handheld indicator that displays relative humidity, temperature and dew or frost point temperature. The HP21 is perfect for spot checking HVAC installations, manufacturing or storage areas and any ambient air measurement within the temperature range of -10 to 60°C (14 to 140 °F). The HP21 is designed to meet a wide range of user requirements from the most basic applications to the most demanding applications.
The HP21 indicator offers an extensive set of settings and functions that can be configured and enabled by the user with the ROTRONIC HW4 software. In spite of its high end design, the HP21 is ideal even as a simple humidity and temperature indicator.

HYGROPALM – HP23-A – MULTI-FUNCTION HAND-HELD INDICATOR
The HP23 is a multi-function hand-held indicator that can read the data from two HygroClip2 probes and display relative humidity, temperature and a variety of calculated parameters (dew point, frost point, etc.) Any probe input can also be configured by the user to accept a third party analog probe (restrictions apply).
Probe selection is based on the application. Depending on the HygroClip2 probe model, the measurement range is between 0 to 100 %RH and -100 to 200°C (-148 to 392°F). The HygroClip2 probes feature durable sensors, consistent performance and can be hot-swapped to facilitate routine maintenance.
The HP23 indicator offers extensive settings and functions that can be enabled and configured by the user either directly from the keypad or with the ROTRONIC HW4 software.
The measurement results can be recorded continuously and these separated simply using the batch function. All ROTRONIC transmitters in the Airchip3000 series can be adjusted with the HP23-A via a service cable.
